ImmigrationImmigration has impacted Agriculture in many ways. It brought new crops to America and new farmers into America to work up the fertile lands of America. They also brought new strategies and ways to grow crops and all of the little tricks that come with experience in the fields and around the farm.
IndustrializationWhen Industrialism hit Agriculture it hit it hard and really took off. with the new inventions of the Gasoline powered engines they could now work up much more of the field and develop many more crops to be sold. These tractors really began to take of in popularity once the assembly line made by Henry Ford made the tractors affordable to a larger number of people. Another invention was the one of rubber tires, when this came around in 1913 with the bull tractor it was a huge hit and everyone wanted one because it was a single man tractor that could go basically anywhere.

Imperialism
Imperialism was not a huge direct impact on the Agriculture in the early 20th century but it did effect it. With America claiming other territory's of land and taking countries in under their wing like the Philippines, we needed to produce more food for all of our new citizens. This ties back into industrialization because all of the new technologies being created helps farmers make up for the new people and expand their farms so food is abundant.
